Set and review minimum and maximum stock levels for critical maintenance items. Coordinate periodic stock counts with Finance and investigate variances. Ensure that goods receipt is confirmed independently of the officer who raised the purchase order. • Team Supervision Supervise, guide, and evaluate the Procurement Officers and Storekeeper. Allocate purchasing responsibilities by category and priority; balance project and maintenance workload. Ensure complete and accurate records for all purchase orders, deliveries, and returns. • Coordination Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Site Engineers on material requirements and delivery timelines.
