For more information, please visit: gentec.com.sa Job Location: Riyadh Job Purpose: Lead complete ELV/ICT delivery, coordinating engineering, procurement, vendors, construction, testing/commissioning, consultant/client approvals, commercial control and handover. Key Responsibilities: • Take overall ownership of ELV/ICT package delivery, including programme, manpower, technical coordination, procurement, construction, quality, testing and handover. • Establish the ELV/ICT execution strategy and coordinate priorities across multiple buildings, site infrastructure and centralized/control-room requirements. • Manage the ELV/ICT engineering team and ensure adequate resources are available for design review, shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, calculations, site support and commissioning. • Coordinate with Project Director, consultant, client, construction management, MEP disciplines, civil/structural teams, specialist subcontractors and OEMs. • Review the overall system architecture and ensure interfaces between CCTV, ACS, IDS, FAS, PAVA, ICT network, Wi-Fi, telephony, SCADA/control-room ICT and other project systems are properly defined. • Ensure technical submissions are aligned with approved specifications, drawings, BOQ, consultant comments and project requirements before procurement or installation. • Control procurement priorities, long-lead items, approved vendors/OEMs, technical compliance, licenses, software, accessories, spares and warranty requirements. • Monitor engineering and procurement status against construction requirements and prevent site delays caused by late technical information or materials. • Lead resolution of major RFIs, technical deviations, NCRs, design changes, interface conflicts and consultant/client comments. • Coordinate commercial and technical assessment of variations, scope gaps, design changes and vendor claims with commercial/cost-control teams. • Ensure system-specific calculations and design studies are produced and reviewed, including CCTV storage/bandwidth/coverage, Wi-Fi heat-map/capacity, ACS door matrix/controller capacity, fiber loss/core allocation, UPS load/autonomy, PAGA calculations and FAS calculations. • Lead FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, integrated system testing and performance verification. • Ensure system integration and cause/effect/interface requirements are tested, documented and accepted. • Monitor installation progress, inspection status, punch lists, testing status and commissioning readiness by building/system. • Ensure as-built drawings, O&M manuals, test certificates, configuration records, training records, warranties and handover dossiers are completed. • Prepare management progress reports covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing, risks, resources, cost and programme. • Drive technical quality and ensure field execution follows approved drawings, method statements, OEM requirements and applicable project standards. We’re looking for someone who has: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications / ICT Engineering or equivalent • Minimum 10 years' experience managing large-scale ELV, ICT, Security and Infrastructure projects • Strong track record in client/consultant coordination, project planning and subcontractor/vendor management • Experience handling commercial/variation management and full project handover • Major campus, university, utility, infrastructure, healthcare, airport, government or other multi-building project experience (Preferred).
