Project Manager- ICT & ELV Infrastructure

Overview / Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - ICT & ELV Infrastructure to lead end-to-end project delivery from award through successful closure. The role will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate closely with engineering, sales, finance, PMO, and other internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and agreed quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Manage the complete project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, handover, and formal closure. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, resource requirements, and dependencies. • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, quality, and change requirements throughout the project lifecycle. • Serve as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, regular updates, and effective resolution of project matters. • Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Finance, PMO, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives. • Lead the delivery of ICT and ELV projects covering active and passive networks, IT security, computing and storage, collaboration, unified communications, and physical security systems. • Monitor project performance, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery commitments. • Prepare and maintain accurate project status reports, documentation, risk registers, action trackers, and management updates. • Coordinate project billing and invoicing milestones with Finance and ensure timely completion of commercial requirements. • Manage testing, acceptance, handover documentation, client sign-off, and formal project closure. Qualifications & Experience • Years of experience: 5–7 years of hands-on project management experience in ICT and/or ELV infrastructure environments. Candidates with more than 10 years of total experience will not be considered. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required. • Industry exposure: Demonstrated project experience across ICT infrastructure and systems integration environments. • Strong exposure to active and passive network infrastructure, including structured cabling and network solutions. • Experience with IT security, computing and storage solutions, collaboration, and unified communications. • Experience with ELV and physical security systems, including AV, CCTV, access control, and related technologies. • Skills & Competencies: Strong client management, stakeholder coordination, risk management, budget control, resource planning, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Certifications & Tools: PMP or other relevant PMI certification is preferred.
