Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities: • Manage purchase orders and follow up with local and international suppliers. • Negotiate prices, payment terms, discounts, MOQs, and delivery schedules. • Monitor stock levels to minimize out-of-stock and overstock. • Source and evaluate suppliers and beauty brands. • Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, Finance, Retail, and Commercial teams. • Ensure product authenticity, shelf life, quality, and regulatory compliance. • Track supplier performance, delivery timelines, and purchasing costs. • Support promotions, new launches, and seasonal purchasing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field with 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail.
