About the role

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in spare parts / automotive / heavy equipment / maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of spare parts and the ability to identify and source technical items.
• Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process for spare parts and maintenance-related materials.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers.
• Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, and other departments to ensure timely availability of required spare parts.
• Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
