Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in banking or financial services procurement, particularly across IT, technology, and corporate procurement categories. Key Requirements: • 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing. • Proven procurement experience within the banking or financial services sector, preferably in the UAE/GCC. • Strong hands-on experience in IT and technology procurement. • Experience managing diverse procurement categories, including IT/Technology, indirect and corporate procurement. • Strong understanding of the banking industry, financial services ecosystem, technology landscape, and market trends. • Broad industry knowledge with the ability to benchmark suppliers, commercial models, procurement practices, and emerging solutions. • Strong strategic sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, and commercial evaluation skills. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
