📢 WE’RE HIRING | PROCUREMENT MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 🏗️ Industry: Construction We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment and services • Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors • Manage RFQs, quotations, comparison sheets and purchase orders • Negotiate pricing, payment terms and commercial conditions • Maintain strong relationships with UAE suppliers and vendors • Coordinate with Project, Commercial, Engineering, Finance and Site teams • Ensure timely procurement and delivery in line with project schedules • Monitor supplier performance, quality, costs and lead times • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining required quality standards Requirements: • Proven experience in procurement within the UAE construction industry • Strong knowledge of construction materials and the UAE supplier market • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills • Strong commercial and cost-control understanding • Ability to manage procurement requirements across multiple projects • Excellent communication and coordination skills UAE construction industry experience is mandatory. 📩 Interested candidates can apply directly through LinkedIn.
