Sales & Business Development Lead – Digital Marketing Agency

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Sales & Business Development professional to take ownership of outbound sales for a growing digital marketing agency. This is a hands-on role. We need someone who can build a strong outbound sales process and actively execute it, not just advise on strategy. What you’ll do: - Prospect and identify qualified businesses and decision-makers - Conduct cold calls and personalised cold email outreach - Qualify leads and book sales appointments - Manage follow-ups and move prospects through the pipeline - Improve sales scripts, messaging and objection handling - Maintain an organised CRM and clear sales pipeline - Build a repeatable outbound sales workflow - Help turn qualified opportunities into proposals and recurring revenue Who we’re looking for (You should have): - Proven experience in B2B outbound sales or business development - A strong track record of working towards and achieving sales targets - Excellent spoken and written communication - Confidence speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers - Strong commercial judgement and the ability to work independently - Experience using CRM and sales tools Experience selling digital marketing, Google Ads, SEO, websites, lead generation, SaaS or other B2B services is highly preferred. Experience selling into Ireland and/or the UK is a strong advantage.
