Warehouse Operations Manager

We also prioritize employee motivation, environmental sustainability, and continuous Job Purpose : Leads warehouse operations across the company's main warehouses nationwide (Kingdom-wide) to standardize processes, safeguard inventory accuracy, control operating cost, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient storage that supports business continuity. Principal Accountabilities : • Develops and standardizes warehouse operating policies and procedures across all main warehouses to ensure consistent, controlled operations. • Establishes an operational governance framework for the multi-warehouse network to strengthen control and accountability. • Defines and monitors warehouse KPIs aligned with company objectives to drive performance and visibility. • Leads process-improvement and re-engineering initiatives to raise operational efficiency. • Maintains inventory accuracy and reduces discrepancies and operational waste to protect company assets. • Applies FIFO and FEFO methodologies and clear movement authorizations to ensure proper stock rotation. • Manages periodic and annual inventory counts to professional standards to ensure reliable stock records. • Optimizes warehouse layout and space utilization and integrates inventory-visibility systems with the ERP. • Sets and monitors operational cost KPIs (handling, storage, and variance ratios) to control warehouse spend. • Leads cost-reduction initiatives and minimizes operational waste to improve efficiency. • Reviews and evaluates logistics-service and supplier contracts to secure value and compliance. • Analyzes operational gaps and implements corrective actions, improving productivity through automation and digitalization. • Ensures compliance with storage regulations for sensitive and flammable materials to meet safety requirements. • Implements safety standards and fire-risk management procedures to protect people, stock, and facilities. • Maintains proper documentation and operational quality standards to ensure audit readiness. • Leads and develops the main-warehouse managers and their teams to build operational capability. • Delivers training programs to standardize procedures across warehouses. • Coordinates with Finance, Internal Audit, and Operations to ensure cross-functional alignment. Required Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience : • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in multi-branch warehouse / operations environments • Proven track record in improving operational efficiency and reducing cost • Strong command of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) • Knowledge of inventory-tracking technologies, material-movement control, and data-analysis / reporting tools • Strong analytical, policy-writing, and problem-solving skills with high governance commitment • Professional certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, or Six Sigma are an advantage Show more Show less
