Business Co-Founder/Partner

Company Description International Business Platform is a firm focused on building and scaling new technology startups. Business Co-Founder / Partner — ConversaRev 📍 Remote (global) | Equity-based | Founding team We're looking for a Business Co-Founder/Partner to join ConversaRev, an AI revenue agent that turns website visitors into qualified leads for growing B2B teams. Since releasing our MVP in June 2026, we've reached 412 free trials and our first paying customers, built entirely through lean, organic growth. We're now preparing to raise funding and scale into MENA, Asia, Western Europe, the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. We're looking for the right partner to lead that next chapter with us. About ConversaRev ConversaRev is an AI-powered chat agent that installs on any website with one line of code. It engages visitors instantly, qualifies them by intent, scores each one from 0 to 100, and routes the hottest leads to sales — turning traffic that companies already pay for into real pipeline. The role As Business Co-Founder, you'll own the commercial side of ConversaRev end to end, working directly alongside the founder, who leads product and technology. This is a hands-on, builder role, not an advisory one. Key responsibilities • Lead and execute marketing and growth strategy, including SEO, content, paid campaigns and channel partnerships • Build and run the sales function, from outbound and inbound pipeline to closing deals and managing key accounts • Lead fundraising: build investor materials, identify and approach VCs, angels and funds across the GCC and beyond, and manage the raise through to close • Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships and distribution channels • Develop go-to-market plans for new regions and languages as the product expands • Set up the commercial operations, processes and reporting needed as the company scales • Represent ConversaRev externally at events, in investor meetings and with partners What we're looking for • A proven track record in startup growth, sales, marketing or business development, ideally in B2B SaaS • Direct experience raising capital or working closely with investors, or a strong network of investors and partners in the GCC/MENA region and beyond • Comfort operating with high ownership in an early-stage, resource-constrained environment • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent the company credibly to investors, partners and customers • A genuine founder mindset: willing to build hands-on, wear multiple hats and commit for the long term • Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus What's on offer • A meaningful equity stake as a co-founder, to be discussed and agreed based on experience and contribution • A genuine seat at the table in shaping strategy and direction, not just execution • The opportunity to build a category-defining product from an early, high-traction stage into a funded, scaling company How to apply • If this sounds like you, send a message or DM with a short note on your background and why ConversaRev interests you.
