Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive – ERP Software Diamond Software is looking for a highly driven and well-connected Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Bahrain. We are specifically looking for someone who already has a strong network and established business contacts in the Bahrain market and can actively generate opportunities, approach decision-makers, and close B2B deals. Key Responsibilities • Generate new business opportunities through an existing professional network and active prospecting • Approach business owners, CEOs, CFOs, General Managers and other key decision-makers • Identify customer requirements and position Diamond ERP solutions accordingly • Conduct professional ERP presentations and product demonstrations • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and initial meeting through proposal, negotiation and closing • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate clients • Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports • Coordinate with implementation and technical teams during the sales and handover process • Required Qualifications & Experience • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales/business development experience • Previous experience in ERP is an advantage; business software, IT solutions or enterprise technology sales is strongly preferred • Strong existing business contacts and market connections in Bahrain are essential • Proven track record of generating leads independently and closing B2B deals • Strong experience dealing directly with senior management and business owners • Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills • Good understanding of business processes such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, HR/Payroll, POS or related operations is an advantage • Bahrain/GCC market experience preferred • Valid Bahrain driving licence is an advantage Location: Bahrain Employment: Full-time If you are a strong B2B salesperson with an established network in Bahrain and the ability to open doors, build relationships and close deals, we would like to hear from you.
