Sales Manager

About Fuze Moving value instantly is possible. Fuze is a global digital asset infrastructure group building the regulated rails that move stablecoins, digital assets and payments across some of the fastest-growing corridors in the world. Banks, fintechs and enterprises use our APIs to launch compliant digital asset products without building the licensing, custody and compliance stack themselves. Our platform spans payments and wealth: stablecoin orchestration, cross-border payments with 24/7 settlement, a crypto payment gateway, embedded trading and collateralised lending, and an institutional OTC desk. We've processed over $20B and we're just getting started. With teams across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, Switzerland, Canada, the US, and more to come, we are backed by leading global investors. Fuze is scaling into one of the defining infrastructure players in digital assets, and this is the moment to join - your call. Role Overview Fintechs, PSPs and neobanks are our fastest-moving segment. They have the appetite and technical capability to integrate quickly, but they need regulated infrastructure underneath them. We're looking for a proactive commercial operator to own this segment across MENA. You'll work closely with Solutions, Compliance and Product, and own each relationship for its whole life. You find the client, close them, get them live and grow them across the platform. You're also the segment's internal voice when Product decides what gets built next. Key Responsibilities: • Owning the Segment. Build the commercial plan to cover fintechs, PSPs, neobanks and marketplaces across MENA systematically, not lead by lead. • Winning New Logos. Generate pipeline through your own network and close it fast, with clear ownership of a revenue target. • Leading the Solution. Run discovery on each client's flows, co-lead demos and scoping, and hold your own on stablecoin mechanics, on and off-ramps and embedded trading. • Landing the Integration. Own the handover into compliance, onboarding and go-live, and stay accountable until the client is actually transacting. • Growing Share of Platform. Expand each relationship across payments, trading, yield and lending in line with the client's own roadmap. • Structuring Deals. Build pricing and deal structures that protect Fuze's margins, and negotiate terms rather than defer them. • Being the Voice of the Segment. Bring client pain points, feature requests and competitor moves back to Product with enough detail to shape the roadmap. • Forecasting and Reporting. Keep the CRM, forecasts and pipeline reporting accurate for leadership. • Representing Fuze. Stay visible at regional conferences and in fintech communities as a credible ambassador for the business. What We're Looking For: • Experience: 4+ years in technical sales, solutions or business development, with a record of closing new business and growing accounts after signature. • Segment Knowledge. Meaningful time selling into fintechs, PSPs or digital asset businesses, and an existing network in the regional fintech community. • Technical Fluency. A solid grasp of payments infrastructure and stablecoins. You can explain architecture to a commercial buyer and a commercial model to an engineer. • Commercial Acumen. Strong instincts on pricing, deal structure and forecasting. • Regional Credibility. Experience selling in MENA and a clear read on how buying decisions get made here. • Adaptability. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and runs multiple relationships without dropping any. • Communication. Excellent English, with Arabic a strong advantage. Success Metrics: • New logos signed and revenue closed against target. • Time from signature to first live transaction. • Transaction volume and product expansion across existing clients. Why Join Fuze: • Build what actually matters: You won't just execute tasks. You'll shape products, teams, and strategy in a fast-scaling fintech environment, with real ownership and real impact. • High growth, high visibility: Work closely with leadership, influence key decisions, and grow your career faster than you would in a larger, more traditional organisation. • Ambitious, no-nonsense culture: Work alongside sharp, driven people who move fast, think big, and get things done. No bureaucracy, just outcomes. • Global exposure: Operate across markets, collaborate with diverse teams, and gain truly international experience. • Merit over hierarchy: Ideas win here, not titles. If you're good, you'll be heard, trusted, and rewarded. • Build your legacy: Join at the stage where you don't just grow with a company, you help create something you can point to and say, "I built that." Equal Opportunity Statement: Fuze is a global team by design. Our people work across the globe bringing different cultures, languages and perspectives to every decision we make. That mix is how we build infrastructure for markets around the world, and it shapes how we work every day. We hire for talent, curiosity and drive, whatever your background, nationality, gender, age, religion, disability or way of thinking. Ideas win here, not titles or where you come from. Fuze is an equal opportunity employer. If you need any adjustments during the hiring process, let us know and we'll support you. Show more Show less
