We are partnering with a well-established and diversified Saudi group to appoint an HR Development Specialist within its growing HR function in Dammam. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional who wants to move beyond simply coordinating training and play a hands-on role in developing employee capability, strengthening competencies and improving performance across a large operational workforce. What You'll Be Doing You will work closely with HR and operational leaders to: • Identify training and competency gaps across the workforce. • Coordinate impactful training, workshops and on-the-job development programmes. • Support the development of competency frameworks for operational and supervisory employees. • Help employees progress through structured performance and development plans. • Support career development and succession planning initiatives. • Measure training effectiveness and use insights to continuously improve development programmes. • Contribute to wider HR development and employee engagement initiatives across different sites and departments. 02. HR Development Specialist Who We're Looking For You'll ideally bring: • 🇸🇦 Saudi Nationality – essential • Immediate availability – essential • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field • 3–5 years' experience within HR Development, Learning & Development or Training • Hands-on exposure to training needs analysis, competency development and employee development • Experience supporting an operational, support-services or labour-intensive workforce would be highly advantageous • Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills • Exposure to HRIS and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS) 02.
