Resident Engineer/ IT Infra Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer/Infrastructure Engineer to provide end-to-end support, administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the bank's IT infrastructure, network, Storage, Applications etc. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, virtualization, database administration, storage management, backup solutions, and banking application support. 1. Support and maintenance Services for following activities • Windows servers 2016/2019/2022. • SQL Server 2019/2022 • Hyper-V Server management. • Windows endpoints (desktop, servers, laptops, printers/copiers … etc.) • Office 365- Including installation configuration and continuous maintenance. • Network Devices 2. Providing IT Support for EFTS Application Cluster Environment 3. Providing IT Support SQL Database Cluster Environment 4. Maintaining and Managing HP SAN Storage 5. Maintaining and Managing HP Tape Library 6. Maintaining and Managing Veeam Backup Server 7. Hardware issues (IT & Physical security related) 8. Experienced infrastructure engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, virtualization, database administration, storage management, backup solutions, and banking application support. Familiarity with Windows Server environments, SQL Server, Hyper-V, Office 365, network devices, and enterprise storage/backup solutions. Ability to support EFTS/RTGS/BCTS banking applications and participate in DR exercises and audits.

Provide IT support for EFTS application cluster environment. 9. Provide IT support for SQL database cluster environment. 10. Maintain and manage HP SAN storage. 11. Maintain and manage HP tape library. 12. Maintain and manage Veeam backup server. 13. Handle hardware issues (IT & physical security related). 14.
