Join our Technology Infrastructure & Operations team and contribute to delivering secure, reliable, and high-performing technology services across the Bank. We are seeking talented professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas: - Enterprise Systems & Application Support - Technical Support & End User Services - Network Engineering & Infrastructure - Database Administration - Compute, Storage & Virtualization - IT Collaboration & Productivity Services - Payment Systems Support - Business Integration & Middleware - IT Security Operations - Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity - Service Management & IT Operations Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. - Relevant experience in one or more Technology Infrastructure & Operations disciplines. - Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, systems, networks, databases, cloud technologies, or technical support. - Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL is preferred. - Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Oracle, Red Hat, AWS, Azure, or equivalent) are an advantage. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Contribute to delivering secure, reliable, and high-performing technology services across the Bank. Provide enterprise systems & application support, technical end-user services, network engineering & infrastructure, database administration, compute, storage & virtualization, IT collaboration & productivity services, payment systems support, business integration & middleware, IT security operations, disaster recovery & business continuity, and service management & IT operations. Collaborate with teams to maintain and improve infrastructure, ensure uptime, and support IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
