Rigging Supervisor

Our esteemed multinational client, specializing in mechanical construction, heavy equipment and crane services, is seeking a Senior Rigging Supervisor to lead complex lifting operations. Key responsibilities • Plan and supervise heavy and critical lifts in line with approved lifting plans, method statements and risk assessments. • Lead riggers, crane operators and assembly teams during crawler and mobile crane operations. • Supervise crane assembly and dismantling, inspect rigging equipment, and lead pre-lift safety briefings. • Coordinate with project and client teams, stop unsafe activities, and report lifting progress to the Operations Manager. Requirements • 15+ years in heavy lift crane rental or project operations, including 10+ years as a Lifting or Rigging Supervisor. • Knowledge of assembling Liebherr, Demag and Sany cranes up to 1,250 tons. • OEM crane assembly training and certification. • Ability to interpret lifting plans, method statements and risk assessments. • Good English communication skills; MS Office knowledge. • LEEA Appointed Person certification is preferred.
