Senior Contracts & Procurement Manager

UAE | Immediate Start Preferred We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Contracts & Procurement Manager. The role will provide end-to-end contracts, procurement and commercial management support, with a strong focus on Operations & Maintenance requirements across both pre-award and post-award stages. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including tendering, bidder prequalification, commercial evaluations and award recommendations • Prepare and review tender and contract documentation in coordination with Legal, Finance and business stakeholders • Lead priced commercial evaluations and techno-commercial recommendation processes • Manage procurement plans, vendor registration/qualification and supplier performance • Support contract administration after award, including correspondence, variations, claims, contractual notices and commercial close-out • Advise internal stakeholders on contractual and commercial matters • Ensure compliance with internal governance, delegation of authority, policies and ERP procedures • Support dispute reviews, contractor claims and arbitration-related activities where required • Prepare procurement and contracts performance reports, KPIs and management information Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field • 15+ years of relevant Contracts & Procurement experience • Minimum 5 years of GCC experience • Strong experience across both pre-award and post-award contract management • Experience supporting Operations & Maintenance, infrastructure, transport, rail or similar complex environments • Strong knowledge of tendering, commercial evaluation, claims, variations and contract administration • Fluent English • Immediate availability / ability to start at short notice is highly preferred Preferred Certifications • CIPS • RICS • PMP Show more Show less
