Nursing • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Mandatory Requirements: • Dataflow verification for Qualification, License, and Experience must be completed. • No Prometric examination is required. • Candidates must attend and pass the MOH Viva examination. • Immediate joiners will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and feeding. • Assist nurses in providing care to residents with physical and cognitive disabilities. • Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure, as trained and authorized. • Assist with positioning, turning, mobilization and transfer of residents. • Assist with bed making and maintaining a hygienic patient environment. • Provide support for residents requiring wheelchair, walker or other mobility assistance. • Assist with meals, hydration and feeding as directed. • Assist in the care of residents with urinary catheters, tracheostomy, PEG tubes and other medical devices under nursing supervision, within approved scope of practice. • Observe residents for changes in physical or mental condition and promptly report abnormalities to the Staff Nurse. • Assist with pressure injury prevention, including regular repositioning and skin observation. • Maintain accurate records of care provided. • Assist nurses during emergency situations and follow emergency protocols. • Maintain infection prevention and control practices, including hand hygiene and appropriate PPE. • Ensure residents' comfort, dignity, privacy and safety at all times. • Support rehabilitation activities as instructed by nurses and therapists. • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean patient-care environment. • Follow institutional policies, procedures and resident safeguarding requirements.
