📢 WE’RE HIRING | SITE ENGINEER – CONSTRUCTION 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 🏗️ Industry: Construction We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in the UAE construction industry to join our team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on site • Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and internal project teams • Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and productivity • Review drawings and resolve technical/site-related issues • Conduct site inspections and ensure required quality standards are maintained • Coordinate material and equipment requirements with Procurement and Project teams • Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements • Maintain daily site records and prepare progress reports • Support inspections, snagging, testing and project handover activities Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Proven experience as a Site Engineer within the UAE construction industry • Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings and site execution • Good understanding of UAE construction standards and site procedures • Strong supervision, coordination and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage subcontractors and site workforce effectively • Good communication and reporting skills ⚠️ UAE construction experience is mandatory. 📩 Interested candidates may apply directly through LinkedIn.
