Job Description About Wynn Al Marjan Island: Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center. About The Position Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager – Spa Operations to join the resort’s Spa Operations team . Responsibilities The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: • Manage all aspects of spa operations including scheduling, staffing, inventory, and service delivery. • Ensure all spa areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and ambiance. • Monitor and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. • Lead, train, and motivate spa team members to deliver outstanding service. • Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development. • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. • Ensure consistent delivery of personalized and high-quality spa services. • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. • Maintain a strong presence in the spa to support team and engage with guests. • Ensure qualitative Forbes Five-Star standards are met. • Drive service and retail sales through promotions, upselling, and team coaching. • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet revenue targets. • Collaborate with marketing and reservations teams to promote spa offerings. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. • Maintain accurate records for audits, licensing, and operational reporting. • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into spa operations. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred. • Minimum 5 years of experience in spa or wellness operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance. • Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and luxury service standards. • Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
