Business Development Manager (EB-5 Investor Advisory)

Quantum | Full-time | Hybrid | 3-4 years experience Who we are Quantum is an EB-5 consultancy. In three years we've studied this industry closely, found where investors and their families are being let down, and built a white-glove service to fix that. We've laid a strong foundation. Now we're building the full-time team that will make Quantum the best name in EB-5 advisory. Who we're looking for This is not a 9-to-5 job, and we won't pretend it is. We're looking for achievers: people who take ownership, follow a task through until it's done, and measure their day by results, not hours logged. If you want a seat to warm, this isn't it. If you want to build something and be recognised for what you deliver, keep reading. What you'll do • Speed to lead. Call every new inbound enquiry within 3 minutes of it arriving. In our business, speed is the first impression, and we don't miss it. • Qualify with care. Understand each prospect's goals, timeline, family situation, source of funds and investment readiness, so that only serious, well-matched leads move forward. • Hand over seamlessly. Pass qualified prospects to the next stage of the advisory team with clear, complete notes, so the client never has to repeat themselves. • Build trust from the first call. You'll be speaking with high-net-worth individuals and families making one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Every conversation should reflect the Quantum standard. • Own your pipeline. Keep the CRM updated in real time, follow up relentlessly with leads who aren't ready yet, and track your conversion numbers. • Feed back what you hear. Share market insights and common client questions with the team to sharpen our approach. What you must have • Languages: fluent English, Hindi and Gujarati (spoken, at a minimum). Any additional Indian language is a strong plus. • Experience: a background in BFSI (banking, wealth management, insurance, investments or financial advisory), ideally in client-facing sales or relationship roles. • Communication: confident, articulate and persuasive on the phone, with the polish to handle HNI clients. • Urgency: you act fast, you follow up, and you don't let a lead go cold. • Ownership: you see things through without being chased. Good to have • Exposure to immigration, investment migration or cross-border investment products • Experience handling HNI or NRI clients • Familiarity with CRM tools and inbound lead workflows What you'll get • A ground-floor role in a fast-growing firm, where your results are seen and rewarded • Direct exposure to leadership and to the global investment migration space • Room to grow as the team scales How to apply • Send your CV and a short note telling us about a time you went beyond what was expected to close something out, We read every application, and we move fast and if you have read the full description you already qualify to skip the que and book a call directly with our CEO - https://calendly.com/rashikad/hiring Show more Show less
