Key responsibilities • Develop and align sustainability strategies and initiatives across BIHG’s portfolio companies. • Conduct double materiality assessments at group and subsidiary levels to identify ESG risks and opportunities. • Work with business units to define and track KPIs for emissions reduction, resource efficiency, diversity and inclusion, and governance. • Coordinate the collection, validation, and consolidation of ESG data in line with GRI Standards and other applicable frameworks, including ISSB/SASB, TCFD, the UN SDGs, and the GHG Protocol. • Draft the annual Group Sustainability/ESG Report and prepare disclosures for the Board, investors, regulators, and external rating agencies. • Establish data collection processes for Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions; energy and water use; circularity; waste; and social indicators across subsidiaries. • Partner with Internal Audit to strengthen data integrity and prepare ESG information for third-party assurance. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on Group sustainability matters. • Deliver workshops and training to build ESG knowledge across subsidiary management teams. • Monitor relevant regional and international sustainability requirements and advise on upcoming reporting or compliance needs. Qualifications and experience • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, or a related field. • GRI Certification required. • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
