About The Role A client who has already seen the home and wants it is not yet a resident. The distance between the two is a conversation, and this role owns it. The Leasing Specialist at SATEL leads the commercial moment of every lease: understanding what the client truly needs, presenting the right home with conviction, negotiating terms with composure, and carrying the deal through to a signed contract. You will speak for SATEL at the point where a client decides whether we are worth choosing. This is a fast-paced, measured role. Every conversation has a next step, every deal has a timeline, and every outcome is tracked. This Role Is Right For You If • You can hold a room, and you know when to stop talking and listen • You understand that the way something is said matters as much as what is said • You can negotiate firmly without ever making a client feel pressured • You are comfortable speaking with residents from many countries and adjusting your tone to each • You move quickly, follow up without being reminded, and never leave a client wondering what happens next • You measure yourself by contracts signed, not conversations held What You'll Own • Every committed client from agreement in principle to signed contract • Negotiation of lease terms within approved pricing authority • A clear next step and date at the close of every client interaction • The full commercial journey, presented to the standard a SATEL resident expects • Accurate, same-day updating of every client status in the CRM • Close coordination with the leasing team so no deal stalls between hands What We're Looking For • Proven experience in residential leasing, real estate sales, or premium hospitality sales • Exceptional verbal communication: articulate, composed and persuasive • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing • Fluent Arabic and English; additional languages are a strong plus • Organised and disciplined in a fast-moving environment with multiple live deals • Familiarity with Ejar and the Riyadh residential market is a plus Why SATEL • You join a company building something real in Riyadh's residential market, not just filling units but shaping communities • You represent a brand residents choose deliberately, for the standard it stands for • Performance is measured transparently, and growth follows documented results • A clear path from Specialist to Senior Specialist and Leasing leadership If you speak well, close with integrity, and want your work to carry a name worth representing, we want to hear from you. Proven experience in residential leasing, real estate sales, or premium hospitality sales. Fluent Arabic and English; additional languages are a strong plus.
