Audio-Visual, Control & Lighting Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AVCL Engineer / Specialist to join our team and support the delivery, coordination, testing, and commissioning of Audio Visual, Lighting, Control, and Show Control systems across complex projects. Key Responsibilities • Review and coordinate AVCL design documents, specifications, drawings, equipment schedules, and technical submissions. • Coordinate AV, lighting, control, show-control, and related specialist systems with MEP, ELV, ICT, architectural, and structural disciplines. • Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, ITPs, calculations, and technical proposals. • Ensure AVCL installations comply with approved shop drawings, project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and applicable codes and standards. • Monitor site installation progress and inspect works to ensure compliance with approved documents and quality requirements. • Coordinate system interfaces with BMS, ICT, security, fire alarm, electrical, lighting control, and other building systems where applicable. • Support the development and review of testing and commissioning procedures and ensure system integration requirements are addressed. • Prepare & Review testing and commissioning records, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, training documents, and final handover requirements. • Ensure AVCL systems are properly integrated and functional prior to project handover. • Maintain accurate technical records and ensure all AVCL documentation is managed through the approved project document-control/BIM platform. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related engineering discipline. • Relevant experience 7-10 years in AV, ELV, lighting control, show control, or specialist systems. • Strong understanding of AVCL system , installation, coordination, testing, and commissioning. • Knowledge of DALI, KNX, DMX, or similar protocols is an advantage. • Experience working on complex commercial, hospitality, entertainment, themed-attraction, or large-scale projects is preferred. • Good knowledge of BIM coordination and platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud/Revit/Navisworks is an advantage. • Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, equipment schedules, and interface requirements.
