Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring an Finance & HR Admin Specialist for their team in Riyadh. If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.*** Key aspects of the role include: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, clinical experts, institutions, and relevant healthcare stakeholders. • Identify opportunities to improve patient access and support initiatives that address unmet needs. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, emerging evidence, and changes in the healthcare environment to inform strategic decision-making. • Support the development and implementation of launch and lifecycle management. • Act as a key point of contact internally, ensuring alignment and effective communication across relevant functions. To be successful you will need to meet the following: • Due to Saudization requirements, this role is open to Saudi nationals only. • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage. • 3+ years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with specialty. • Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans. • Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
