The role You will be one of Mint AI lead voices with Qatar's public sector. Qatar is actively building its own sovereign AI capability. Your job is to find where Mint AI adds real value alongside that national effort, then shape and win the engagements that prove it. The environment is unstructured and fast-moving. You will set strategy and carry deals yourself, working directly with the CEO. What you will do • Build and run Mint AI's go-to-market plan for Qatar's ministries, agencies and semi-government entities. • Earn the trust of senior decision-makers and act as their AI advisor, including outside active projects. • Uncover operational challenges and scope Arabic-first AI solutions that address them, with clear business cases. • Take opportunities from first conversation through qualification to signed pilot. • Design and lead AI workshops and executive briefings, in Arabic and English. • Build working demos with rapid prototyping tools to make ideas tangible early. • Own pitch decks, proposals and commercial models, including pricing and ROI. • Measure and communicate the impact of every deployment. • Work with product, engineering and communications teams. • Tell clients the truth about what AI can and cannot do for them. Never oversell. What you bring • Fluency in Arabic, written and spoken, is required, along with professional English. • Genuine alignment with Mint values: The Mintality. • 5+ years of public-sector sales, consulting or advisory experience in Qatar or the GCC. • A track record of shaping and closing complex technology deals, ideally in AI, data or digital transformation. • Established relationships across Qatar's government ecosystem & the judgment to navigate it well. • Strong interest in AI, and the ability to explain technical ideas simply and precisely. • Commercial literacy: financial modeling, pricing and business-case building. • Experience producing executive-level materials.
