Greetigs from Linnk Group , Role:Inbound Support – Call Center Agent Location: Doha, Qatar Contract: Yearly Renewable Contract About the Client Our client is a leading telecom and ICT services provider in Qatar, offering voice, messaging, data, fixed communications, IoT, and managed ICT services to consumers and businesses. Role & Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer calls and service-related enquiries. • Provide professional customer support and resolve queries effectively. • Handle customer complaints and escalations. • Provide accurate information regarding telecom services. • Take and process customer orders accurately. • Follow established call-handling and escalation procedures. • Meet assigned service and performance targets. • Maintain accurate customer information and follow quality standards. Skills & Experience • Experience as an Inbound Call Center Agent / Customer Support Representative, preferably in telecom. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Arabic speaking is mandatory. • Qatari/Gulf Arabic accent preferred. • Good English communication skills. • Customer-focused, disciplined, and target-oriented. • Good computer and CRM/call-center system skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
