Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Massage Therapist role based in Kuwait. The Massage Therapist will provide a variety of massage treatments tailored to client needs, including relaxation and therapeutic techniques, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Daily responsibilities include assessing client concerns, explaining treatment options, performing massage sessions, and documenting services provided. The role involves collaborating with other wellness professionals, following hygiene and safety protocols, and supporting a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional conduct. The Massage Therapist is also expected to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, assist with scheduling or client follow-up as needed, and participate in occasional training or development activities. Qualifications • Demonstrated skills in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage for a range of client needs. • Experience or training in Shiatsu or similar specialized massage modalities. • Ability to support clients with Stress Management through appropriate massage techniques and guidance. • Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication and a client-centered approach. • Relevant certification or license in massage therapy, compliant with local regulations in Kuwait. • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications related to massage. • Commitment to professional ethics, safety, and hygiene standards. • Ability to work collaboratively in a wellness or healthcare setting and adapt to diverse client needs.
