Instructional Designer

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer with strong hands-on expertise in digital learning technologies, e-learning development, LMS/LXP platforms, and multimedia content creation. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, digital courses, videos, simulations, and learning content using instructional design and adult learning principles. • Develop storyboards, visual learning assets, videos, and interactive digital content aligned with business and learning objectives. • Manage and support LMS/LXP platforms, including content administration, user management, reporting, and learner analytics. • Collaborate with SMEs, HR, and business stakeholders to develop and continuously improve digital learning solutions. • Research and implement emerging digital learning technologies and AI-enabled learning solutions. Key Technical Skills • Articulate Storyline / Articulate 360 • Brainshark • Adobe Learning Manager • SAP Learning / SAP SuccessFactors Learning • Degreed, Cornerstone, or 360Learning • Adobe Premiere Pro / ScreenFlow • Video & Photo Editing, Visual Design & Storyboarding • Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, GoToTraining • LMS/LXP Administration & Learning Analytics • SAP / ERP Functional Knowledge Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. • 8+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in digital learning, instructional design, or learning technologies. • Strong hands-on experience with digital authoring tools and LMS/LXP platforms. • GCC experience is an advantage.
