Lead - Operational Risk Management

Key Responsibilities: • Design and establish a robust risk management framework tailored to the needs of Qiddiya's projects • Implement risk management strategies and tools to effectively identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks • Develop and maintain risk registers for the projects and ensure ongoing monitoring and review of risk mitigation strategies • Provide training and guidance to project teams on risk management processes and tools • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate risk management into project planning and decision-making processes • Prepare and present risk management reports and findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders • Facilitate risk workshops and discussions to promote awareness and understanding of risks throughout the organization Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a management role within a large-scale project environment • Strong knowledge of risk assessment techniques and quantitative risk analysis tools • Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks and governance structures • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Risk Manager, Project Management Professional) are a bonus Show more Show less
