Junior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The candidate will assist with daily accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Record daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. • Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries. • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. • Perform bank and account reconciliations. • Monitor outstanding payments and receivables. • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements. • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records. • Support VAT-related documentation and accounting requirements. • Assist the senior accountant with month-end and year-end closing activities. • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 1–2 years of accounting experience is preferred. • Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software. • Basic understanding of accounting principles and VAT. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
