Company Description Fatmeen Consultancy is an architectural and engineering boutique company based in Dubai, providing comprehensive design and acting as a Lead Consultant for a variety of projects. The company’s services include feasibility studies, master planning, architectural design, structural design, MEP, and landscaping, among others. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor (Mid Level) role based in Dubai. The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), perform cost estimates, and support cost planning. Daily responsibilities include: • Pre-Contract - prepare BoQs for Enabling Works and Main Works - civil, MEP, ID, landscaping - entire range of disciplines • Prepare PS tender packages • Prepare Main Contract and Enabling Contract tender packages and perform tender evaluations • Post-Contract - prepare payment certificates, assess contractor's claims, etc Qualifications • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Construction industry / Architectural Consultancy - at least 4 years • Relevant bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. • Candidates should possess strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management to monitor budgets and manage project finances effectively. • Candidates should possess skills in BOQ preparation and Cost Planning to support accurate quantity take-offs and budget development.
