RE Maitenance Coordinator

The opportunity • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians, cleaners, and support staff. • Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities are executed as scheduled. • Monitor and verify completion of routine, corrective, and emergency maintenance works. • Coordinate and follow up with facility maintenance, housekeeping, waste management, recycling, and other service providers. • Issue and monitor contractor gate passes and site access requirements. • Ensure all Business Unit (BU) facility maintenance requirements are addressed promptly and effectively. • Conduct regular inspections to maintain facility standards, safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness. • Follow up on work orders, service requests, and contractor performance to ensure compliance with company requirements. • Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations. Key Objective • Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all facilities while maintaining high standards of maintenance, housekeeping, and service delivery across Riyadh Factory and Riyadh Head Office. • Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Arabic is required.
