We are looking for a commercially minded, numbers-driven Brand Assistant to support a portfolio of leading prestige brands. This is not an administrative role. You will own the sales data, stock and reporting behind the brands, working closely with the Brand Manager on key deliverable data. Key responsibilities Sales analysis & reporting -Track and analyse sell-in and sell-out performance by brand, SKU and retail door on a weekly and monthly basis and as needd -Build and maintain Excel reports and dashboards covering sales vs. target, growth, and top and bottom performers -Consolidate daily and monthly sales data from key retailers and follow up on missing or inaccurate figures -Prepare monthly performance reviews for internal management and brand principals Stock & inventory management -Monitor stock levels at warehouse and retailer level, flagging overstock, out-of-stocks and slow-moving or near-expiry items -Prepare PO -Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams on deliveries, transfers and returns -Track testers, samples, GWPs and POS materials across doors Commercial & brand support -Support new product launches with stock allocation, door-level planning and sell-through tracking -Track promotions and campaigns and measure their impact on sales Liaise with Brand Manager on orders and stock queries -Complete brand specific reports detailing specific data related to sell in, sell out, margins, purchases, pricing, coverage, ect Requirements Experience Experience in distribution company, with a focus on prestige make up, fragrance or personal care products, ideally with a distributor or brand principal in the GCC Hands-on experience in inventory management, demand planning or sales operations Retail or luxury experience is a strong plus What we offer -The chance to work with some of the world's leading luxury beauty brands -Direct exposure to brand management and commercial decision-making -A clear growth path toward Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager roles IMPORTANT - do not apply if you do not have the following skills: -Advanced Excel is essential: pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, conditional formatting, and building clear reports from raw data -Experience with an ERP system (such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage -Strong understanding of sell-in vs. sell-out, stock cover, and forecasting basics -Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing deadlines across several brands -Confident communicator in English; Arabic is a plus Skills Advanced Excel is essential: pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, conditional formatting, and building clear reports from raw data Experience with an ERP system (such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage Strong understanding of sell-in vs. sell-out, stock cover, and forecasting basics Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing deadlines across several brands Confident communicator in English; Arabic is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related field Show more Show less
