Network Operations & Optimization Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Network Operations & Optimization Engineer to operate, troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance enterprise network infrastructure within a production environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in enterprise networking, advanced troubleshooting, routing and switching, network security, and modern data center/network technologies. Key Responsibilities * Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure. * Maintain network availability, performance, reliability, and security. * Execute network changes according to established Change Management procedures. * Perform advanced troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). * Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, and QoS. * Support high-availability network architectures and redundancy mechanisms. * Participate in network optimization and capacity planning. * Work with technologies including: * SD-WAN * VXLAN-EVPN * Spine-Leaf Architecture * NGFW * 802.1X * NAC * SIEM Integration * Resolve complex production incidents and provide technical escalation support. * Maintain network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures. Minimum Qualifications * Minimum 8 years of hands-on enterprise networking experience. * Active CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Data Center, or CCNP Security certification. * CCIE holders are highly preferred. * Strong experience operating networks within a Production Environment. * Advanced knowledge of Routing & Switching. * Strong understanding of QoS, High Availability, and network redundancy. * Proven troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis capabilities. * Practical experience with modern enterprise networking and security technologies.
