About Aklium Aklium is an AI-native creative marketing agency working between Muscat and London. We build brands, campaigns, websites and AI programmes for clients across the GCC. 15 years of London experience, now Gulf-based. We use AI to make better work, not more of it. The role You'll take our creative direction and turn it into finished work: brand identities, campaign visuals, proposals, landing pages, social and ad assets, short video. You own the first 80% of every visual deliverable. Our creative director shapes the rest. This is a making role. If you'd rather produce than present, read on. What you'll do • Produce brand and campaign visuals with tools like Higgsfield, Magnific, and Claude, then refine by hand in Photoshop if needed • Build and polish HTML client proposals and landing pages • Create assets across several client retainers at once • Edit short-form video and simple motion pieces • Maintain a prompt, style and template library for each client What you bring • Four to seven years in design, with real strength in typography, layout and brand systems • A portfolio that shows taste. AI work that doesn't look like AI work • Hands-on fluency with generative image and video tools • Enough HTML and CSS to edit and ship a page confidently • The ability to take a brief and come back close to right first time • Clear written English Strong advantages • Arabic, for bilingual layouts and GCC content • Motion design • Agency or studio experience How it works • Fully remote, with core hours overlapping Gulf Standard Time • Three-month freelance retainer to start, with a view to a long-term role To apply Send your CV, portfolio plus one piece of AI-assisted work, with two lines on what you changed by hand and why.
