Store Associate

RIZE – Store Associate Recruitment Location: Kuwait Job Type: Full-time Shift: 8 hours (rotational, including weekends and holidays) About the Role: RIZE is hiring a Store Associate to run daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and keep the store clean, stocked, and secure. What you will do: •⁠ ⁠Handle store opening/closing procedures and daily operations •⁠ ⁠Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales through product recommendations and upselling •⁠ ⁠Process POS transactions and cash/card payments •⁠ ⁠Maintain stock levels, shelf presentation, and pricing accuracy, and report reorder needs •⁠ ⁠Monitor product quality, including damage and expiry checks •⁠ ⁠Keep the store clean, organized, and secure, and assist with loss prevention •⁠ ⁠Complete shift handovers and daily reporting •⁠ ⁠Support product launches, promotions, and display setups •⁠ ⁠Build relationships with repeat customers •⁠ ⁠Stay up to date on product knowledge, new arrivals, and nutrition trends •⁠ ⁠Monthly and anual inventory audit (stock count) •⁠ ⁠Maintain petty cash and its transactions What we are Looking For: •⁠ ⁠Bilingual (Arabic & English) — mandatory •⁠ ⁠Experience in the health, fitness, sports, or nutrition industry — required •⁠ ⁠Comfortable with cash handling and POS/payment systems •⁠ ⁠Sales-driven, with strong customer service and communication skills •⁠ ⁠Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow structured checklists •⁠ ⁠Well-groomed and presentable •⁠ ⁠Team player, comfortable coordinating shift handovers with colleagues •⁠ ⁠Available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays •⁠ ⁠Valid, transferable residency (Article 18 or Article 22) in Kuwait Why RIZE?
