Piano Instructor — Music House KSA About the Role Music House KSA is looking for a passionate and experienced Piano Instructor to join our team of dedicated music educators. The ideal candidate combines strong teaching skills with a solid understanding of the ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music) curriculum and is committed to helping students of all ages and levels grow musically and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities • Deliver engaging, high-quality private and/or group piano lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels (beginner to advanced) • Design personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's goals, pace, and learning style • Prepare students for ABRSM graded exams, including technical work, sight-reading, aural skills, and repertoire selection • Track and report on student progress regularly, in line with the studio's reporting procedures • Maintain a positive, encouraging, and disciplined learning environment • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and studio management regarding attendance, progress, and any scheduling needs • Participate in studio recitals, showcases, and other music-related events as needed • Stay current with piano teaching methodologies and ABRSM syllabus updates Requirements • Proven experience teaching piano to students of different age groups and skill levels • Strong working knowledge of the ABRSM syllabus and exam preparation process • A relevant piano/music qualification (degree, diploma, ABRSM certification, or equivalent) is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and parents • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for music education • Strong classroom/studio management and organizational skills • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a consistent weekly teaching schedule Nice to Have • Experience teaching other instruments or vocals • Prior experience working in a music school/academy setting • Experience preparing students for performances, competitions, or public recitals What We Offer • A supportive and creative team environment • Opportunities for professional growth within Music House KSA • A steady base of students with room to grow your own teaching schedule Show more Show less
