Admissions Officer – Multilingual Student Recruitment

Location: Al Jahra, Kuwait | Work arrangement: On-site About Canadian College of Kuwait Canadian College of Kuwait (CCK) offers undergraduate study opportunities in Kuwait. CCK International is the College’s international admissions department, supporting prospective students and families from diverse communities and language backgrounds. Job Purpose Support prospective students and families through multilingual admissions counselling, outreach and follow-up, with a focus on South Asian student markets in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities · Advise prospective students and parents on programmes, admissions requirements, scholarships and the application process. · Respond to enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email and during campus visits; schedule appointments and follow up in a timely manner. · Manage student enquiries, leads, applications and records accurately in the admissions system or CRM. · Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to support documentation, admission and enrolment. · Support marketing activities, school visits, education fairs, presentations and community outreach. · Track prospective students from initial enquiry through registration and report admissions activities and results. Required Skills and Qualifications · Excellent spoken and written English, plus professional proficiency in at least one of Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu or Urdu. · Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication and follow-up skills. · Ability to counsel students and parents clearly and professionally across calls, messages and campus visits. · Comfortable working on-site at the CCK campus in Al Jahra, Kuwait. Education and Experience · Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. · Ideally 1–3 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, marketing, education counselling or sales; other relevant experience will also be considered. · Experience supporting South Asian student markets, school and community outreach, digital marketing or lead conversion in Kuwait is an advantage.
