We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional with solid accounting experience, ideally within the real estate industry. 🔹 Requirements • Real estate accounting experience is mandatory • Previous experience in restaurant/hospitality accounting is preferred • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial records • Good understanding of commissions, invoices, payments, and expense tracking • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Good organizational and communication skills • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software • Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Manage daily accounting transactions and financial records • Handle accounts payable and receivable • Prepare invoices, payment records, and reconciliations • Track company expenses and incoming payments • Maintain accurate financial documentation • Assist with monthly financial reporting and cash-flow tracking • Manage commission calculations and payment follow-ups • Coordinate with management and other departments regarding financial matters • Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and up to date 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE Real estate accounting experience is a must. #Hiring #Accountant #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #RealEstateJobs #DubaiCareers #AccountingJobs #HiringDubai Show more Show less
