The role focuses on planning, filming, editing, and producing creative content for Snapchat and TikTok while utilizing AI tools and following the latest social media trends. Key Responsibilities • Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos for Snapchat and TikTok. • Create creative and trend-driven content that aligns with the company's marketing objectives. • Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance video production and content creation. • Capture on-site footage of properties, events, and company activities. • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop content ideas and campaigns. • Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity. • Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates. Qualifications • At least 6 months of experience in content creation, videography, or social media content production. • Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing software and AI-powered content creation tools. • Experience creating content for Snapchat and TikTok. • Real estate industry experience is a plus. • Good command of English.
