Senior Technical CAD Drafter

WE’RE HIRING: Senior Interior Fit-Out CAD Drafter Full-time | On-site | Doha, Qatar Studio Échelle is looking for an experienced Senior Interior Fit-Out CAD Drafter to prepare complete technical drawing packages for interior design projects. This is a hands-on drafting role, not a concept design, architecture, 3D visualization or project management position. Responsibilities • Prepare complete tender and construction drawing packages • Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections and construction details • Prepare joinery, millwork, ceiling, flooring, wall and bathroom details • Prepare lighting, power, plumbing and sanitary layouts • Coordinate drawings with architectural and MEP information • Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, schedules and specifications • Review shop drawings and respond to technical RFIs • Ensure drawing packages are complete, coordinated and buildable Requirements • Must currently reside in Qatar • Minimum 6 years of interior fit-out drafting experience • Advanced AutoCAD skills • Strong experience producing complete interior technical drawing packages • Strong joinery and construction detailing experience • Good understanding of MEP coordination • Experience in high-end residential, hospitality, F&B or commercial interiors • Fluent English • Filipino/Tagalog language proficiency is an asset To Apply Please submit: • CV • Portfolio • Sample of a complete technical drawing package you personally prepared or led • Current location • Notice period • Salary expectation • Applications without relevant interior fit-out drafting experience and a technical drawing sample will not be shortlisted.
