Junior Site Engineer – Renovation & Fit-Out

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based contracting company specializing in premium residential renovations, villa upgrades, interior fit-out, landscaping and custom joinery. We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer to manage and coordinate day-to-day activities across our residential renovation and fit-out projects in Dubai. This position is only available for immediately available candidates or candidates on a short notice period (10 days or less) Key Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise daily site activities and ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications and quality standards. • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and in-house labour. • Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and project schedules. • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, designers and the procurement team. • Review drawings and identify technical or site-related issues before execution. • Conduct regular quality checks and ensure proper workmanship. • Prepare daily site updates, progress reports and site documentation. • Coordinate inspections, snagging and project handover. • Ensure proper health, safety and site organization. • Take ownership of assigned projects and proactively resolve site issues. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Experience in residential renovation, interior fit-out or construction preferred. • UAE experience is preferred, but we are also open to strong candidates without UAE experience. • Good understanding of architectural, civil and MEP drawings. • Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills. • Good English communication skills. • Organized, highly motivated, punctual and accountable. • Able to work independently and manage multiple site priorities. • UAE driving licence is an advantage. • Must be based in Dubai. • Immediately available to join or on a very short notice period.
