This is an excellent opportunity to build a specialist team in a dynamic jurisdiction with significant deal flow. The Practice The team handles a sophisticated range of banking and finance matters, including: • Project finance (primary focus) • Syndicated lending • Capital markets transactions • Derivatives and structured finance • Islamic finance • Real estate finance • Acquisition finance The Ideal Candidate Experience level: Associates at 3–8 PQE Required background: • Demonstrable experience in project finance or general banking • Track record of dealing with complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions • Strong technical knowledge of finance structures and documentation Desirable attributes: • Qualified in APAC or EMEA jurisdictions • Arabic language skills (beneficial but not essential) • Enthusiasm for developing practice in a growth market Show more Show less
