Position: Total Rewards Specialist 📍Location: Qatar Job Summary: The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting compensation, benefits, and reward programs to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Administer compensation and benefits programs. • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis. • Support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive plans. • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. • Manage employee benefits enrollment and vendor coordination. • Prepare reward-related reports, analytics, and recommendations. • Assist in developing and implementing total rewards strategies. • Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards. • Strong analytical and Excel skills. • Knowledge of salary surveys and job evaluation methodologies. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
