Job Description: Accountant Company: Bison Rubber Co. LLC Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time About the Role Bison Rubber Co. LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on accounting experience in the UAE and be capable of managing day-to-day financial operations accurately and efficiently. Experience Required • Minimum: 2 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE. • Maximum: 5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred. • Candidates with 2–5 years of UAE experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and financial transactions. • Handle daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance. • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Perform bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations. • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. • Monitor cash flow and maintain proper financial documentation. • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist with VAT return preparation and filing. • Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, customers, and internal departments as required. • Maintain organized records of financial documents for audit and compliance purposes. • Support payroll-related accounting activities and other finance tasks as assigned. • Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE. • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations. • Hands-on ZOHO Books experience required. • Working knowledge of UAE VAT and basic tax compliance. • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. • Good communication and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Candidates currently based in Dubai or the UAE are preferred.
