Customer Service - Retail Attendant – Job Description Position: Retail Attendant Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities: • Assist guests with product selection and provide friendly, professional customer service. • Handle sales transactions, payments, and cash/POS operations accurately. • Maintain proper product displays, stock levels, and cleanliness of the retail area. • Respond to customer queries and assist with any basic concerns or requests. • Ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience for all guests. • Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Requirements: • Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-focused, presentable, and professional attitude. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and guest-facing environment. • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
