Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities: 1. Daily management of service warehouse in MENA, including but not limited to receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory control etc. 2. Be responsible for communication and coordination with relevant departments of MEA region and HQ to ensure the safe, punctual, and full entry & exit of materials of the warehouse and guarantee the accuracy of the entry & exit processes and records. 3. Establish warehouse management, 6S management and standard operating procedures systems to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse while guaranteeing safety, cleanliness and rationality. 4. Be responsible for planning of warehouse work arrangements to ensure the reasonable configuration, design and use of the warehouse. Collaborate with the logistics team to follow up on the entire transportation process to ensure the timeliness of inventory and order replenishment. Support the project requirements of the service team and ensure the timely delivery of materials. 5. Conduct regular inventory checks and generate reports to ensure that the accounts match the actual situation. 6. Control warehouse operation and management costs, optimize space utilization. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in financial accounting, warehouse & logistics, or supply chain management 2. Minimum 3 years of order fulfillment, international logistics, and warehouse management-related experiences. 3. Familiar with warehouse management procedures and systems such as GSP, SAP and WMS etc. 4. Have a positive work attitude, with cross-cultural collaboration, and be willing to occasionally travel for business. Show more Show less
