Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships, retail channels, and promotional collaborations that align with Candy Gang’s brand. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, engaging potential partners, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. The role also involves preparing proposals, tracking performance metrics, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and providing insights to support strategic growth. The Specialist will represent Candy Gang at relevant events and meetings, ensuring consistent and professional communication that reflects the company’s vision. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience using data to support business decisions and growth strategies. • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build, maintain, and enhance partner and client relationships. • Candidates should possess Lead Generation expertise and Market Research skills to identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities. • Candidates should possess solid negotiation and relationship-management abilities, with a focus on long-term partnerships. • Experience in retail, F&B, lifestyle, or entertainment brands is beneficial, especially in fast-paced, youth-oriented environments. • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Proficiency with CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and MS Office or similar productivity software is an advantage.
