Location: Riyadh Job Type: Fulltime Job Title: Shop Manager / Showroom Manager – Luxury Furniture & Interior Products Industry: Luxury Furniture / Interior Products / Home Décor Required experience in selling & providing customer guidance for high-end luxury furniture, interior products & upholstery. Key Responsibilities 1. Showroom & Store Management • Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the luxury furniture and interior products showroom. • Ensure the showroom is maintained to premium brand standards at all times. • Maintain high standards of product presentation, ambience, cleanliness, lighting, and customer experience. • Ensure effective implementation of company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures. • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, installation, and back-office teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. 2. Sales & Business Development • Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Develop strategies to increase walk-ins, conversions, average transaction value, and repeat business. • Lead the sales team in identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable premium products. • Handle high-value and VIP customers personally when required. • Develop relationships with interior designers, architects, consultants, contractors, real-estate developers, and HNI/UHNI clients to generate business opportunities. • Follow up on quotations, proposals, leads, and pending orders to maximize conversions. • Monitor sales pipeline and prepare regular sales performance reports. 3. Customer Experience & Relationship Management • Deliver a sophisticated and personalized customer experience consistent with a luxury brand. • Understand customer preferences, lifestyle, design requirements, budgets, and project specifications. • Handle customer queries, negotiations, complaints, and escalations professionally. • Build long-term relationships with HNI clients, designers, architects, and other key customers. • Maintain strong post-sales engagement and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Team Leadership • Recruit, train, coach, and manage showroom sales staff. • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance. • Conduct regular sales reviews and provide constructive feedback. • Train team members on product knowledge, design concepts, selling techniques, customer service, and luxury-brand standards. • Motivate the team to achieve sales and customer-service objectives. 5. Product & Market Knowledge • Develop strong knowledge of luxury furniture, interior products, materials, finishes, fabrics, accessories, and design trends. • Stay updated on premium and luxury interior trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and market developments. • Ensure the sales team is equipped with accurate product specifications, pricing, availability, and product benefits. • Work with the merchandising/product team to provide feedback on customer preferences and market demand. 6. Visual Merchandising • Ensure products are displayed in an aesthetically appealing and commercially effective manner. • Coordinate with visual merchandising and design teams for showroom layouts, product launches, seasonal displays, and promotional activities. • Ensure the showroom reflects the desired luxury positioning and brand identity. 7. Inventory & Commercial Operations • Monitor showroom inventory, stock movement, product availability, and display samples. • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for replenishment and product requirements. • Ensure proper documentation of sales orders, quotations, invoices, deliveries, and returns. • Monitor discounts, margins, and commercial terms within approved company guidelines. • Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and operational losses.
